Refund Policy

At DOS, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand, we do not keep ready-made stock. This helps us create unique pieces while reducing waste. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or returns are only accepted in specific situations.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • There is a major printing issue with the design

To request support, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

After review, eligible orders will receive either a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or printing variations
  • Shipping delays caused by courier services

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Replacement orders will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
