Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is confirmed and sent into production. Most DOS pieces are made on demand, which means they are created specifically for you instead of being pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, drops, or special collections, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it is shipped. - Production Time
Because many of our products are custom-made, production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece matches the DOS standard.
This step is part of what makes DOS different—your product is created for you, not mass-stored. - Shipping & Delivery
After production, your order is handed over to our shipping partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days
International Orders: May take 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. External factors such as weather, courier delays, customs clearance, or regional disruptions can affect delivery timelines. - Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime through the Track My Order section on the DOS website.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to refresh after dispatch. -
Shipping Charges
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, DOS will decide whether a replacement or a refund is the most appropriate solution. In most cases involving print errors or manufacturing defects, we prioritize sending a replacement so you receive the piece as it was meant to be.
Refunds are issued when a replacement is not possible or practical. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
We do not charge additional fees for approved replacements. Our aim is not to complicate the process, but to restore trust when something goes wrong. If the issue is on our side, we take responsibility for making it right. - Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors outside our control. If your order appears stuck or delayed beyond a reasonable time, reach out through the Contact DOS page with your order number.
We’ll look into it and guide you on the next steps. - Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. DOS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order enters production.
